Recommendations to Parents

  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the School authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline. They should see to it that their children complete their home assignments and take an active interest in all activities of School.
  • Parents are to sign progress reports, or any other information when so required. Failure to do so will cause mutual inconvenience.
  • When communicating with the Principal, parents are requested to mention in their letter the name, class and section of their child.
  • Parents/ guardians or other persons are not permitted to see the pupils or teachers during the class hours without the sanction of the School authorities.
  • Parents are requested not to send/take their children during class hours except for unforeseen circumstances and in such cases a written application must be produced.
  • Parents are requested to foster in their children habits of neatness and punctuality.
  • Parents are requested to make the necessary arrangements for the transport. Students who are left behind in the School after the class hours should report to the office without delay. The School cannot take the responsibility for students after class hours. Parking/Stopping the vehicles in front of the gates is not allowed.
  • If children are allowed to visit their friends' homes after class hours, parents should give them a written permission. This would remove the inconvenience to the School and Parents.
  • Parents are requested to check the school diary daily and take note have and sign the remarks made in the diary from time to time.
  • It is very much appreciated when parents respond readily to the invitations sent to them to attend the Parent-Teacher Meeting and other school events. It is only with the co-operation of the parents that the school can promote the all round development of the students.
  • If the fees fall in arrears for more than 2 months, the child's name may be struck off the School rolls. Only those pupils who have paid all School fees are permitted to appear for the tests/ examinations.
  • Any communication (request, complaint, suggestion) made by the parents to the school should be addressed to the Principal. The matter should be clearly stated and signed.
  • School matters will not be entertained outside school hours. Visiting the houses of the teachers with regard to School matters is prohibited.
  • Rs-10/- will be charged for issuing any kind of certificate from the school.
  • All parents must carry the Parent I-card every time they visit the school. Parents/Guardians coming to pick up their wards must show the Parent I-card to the Teacher on duty.
  • Parents should use the 'Leave Record' form in the diary when applying for leave or explain the absence of their children.
  • Parents should ensure that their ward carries all his/her belongings including tiffin, water bottle, geometry box etc. The school will not receive anything at the school gate after the student has entered the school premises.
  • Use of plastic is strictly forbidden in the school. Therefore; appropriate tiffins and water bottles to be given to the students by their parents.
